God’s mandate to Christian parents is to bring up your children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4).  You are on God’s errand to shepherd your children on His behalf, preparing them to be sent out to serve Christ in the world.  This is a high calling that requires the grace of God in Christ from beginning to end.  Gather with us to receive Bible-based, Christ-centered teaching that will equip you to live out this calling, raising children from infancy to adulthood to the glory of God!

Esther Sherman

Steve and Esther Sherman grew up in Christian families, and have been married 24 years.  The Lord has entrusted nine children to them, ages 3 to 19.  Steve graduated from The Master’s Seminary, and has been pastoring Christian Fellowship Church ever since (18 years).  Esther homeschools their children through high school, leads a homeschool prayer group, and directs children’s ministry in their church.  Steve and Esther’s deep desire is to live out the gospel of the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ in all areas, including parenting, to the glory of God.
